Notes of yeasty Hawaiian sweet roll bread dough and sugar coated almonds. Zingy acidity from the front to mid palate. Nuances of crisp honey apple, pithy grapefruit and lively citrus zest. Pale golden straw, miniscule vigorous bubbles, delicate mousse. Powerful aromatics, Meyer lemon zest, brioche, pineapple. Soft and integrated Meyer lemon, bright, strong and balanced. Delicate long finish.
Bright lemon color. Beautifully creamy adn toasty aromas; so mellow, harmonious, and complex. Huge acidsmake for a crisp palate witha seemingly infinite acid line, yet the mouthfeel is beautifully soft and fluffy, thanks to a super refined mousse. To produce such a classic reductive style using 100% oak is a demonstration of barrique handling at it's most masterful.

Tasting Notes, 2015. In 2015, the 07 Brut Cuvee was awarded Best Sparkling Wine in the USA. It also won a gold medal and a best in class award for Best USA Vintage Blend. In 2014 the same wine won a silver medal, one of the three Silver’s awarded to the USA in 2014.
