Chardonnay

Predominantly composed of Hyde clone and lightly pressed, our Chardonnay is bright and true to Escolle. While we generally age with a higher percentage of New Oak (~80%), the utilization of puncheon barrels for a short time allows for the structure to round and soften without altering the distinctive fruit.
