El Bec

Named after our family patriarch, this wine is composed predominantly of clone 943. A small berry, small cluster clone of Pinot Noir we find its expression of Escolle to be incredibly distinctive. Deep black fruit coupled with savory qualities, this wine is exceptionally complex and age worthy. Hand waxed and individually numbered, El Bec is produced in very limited quantities.
