Composed exclusively from 12 rows and five clones of the vineyard’s highest elevation, Elevated is harvested in one night, fermented together, and consists of only free run. A silky texture is wrapped around savory notes and deep complex red and blue fruit. Hand waxed and individually numbered, Elevated is produced in small quantities.
