Our Passetoutgrain is a co-fermentation of Estate Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir. Harvested on the same night and produced in a small lot, this bottling is very limited. The depth and elegance of the Pinot Noir is balanced with the bright complexity of the Gamay Noir.
