The Wine

All Caraccioli Cellars wines are 100% estate grown and produced from our Escolle Vineyard since 2015. Made utilizing light-handed techniques and processed in small lots, each wine showcases a unique expression of Escolle. All production is done at our winery in Gonzales, a mere five miles from the vineyard.

Certainly these cuvées demonstrate a degree of class rarely seen in California Sparkling Wines.
